We’ve been using Global Concepts for about six months. Kelsey and Marlena have helped us with several trips. They are awesome! Our last trip to Park City for anniversary, my husband got really sick and had to be hospitalized. We had to miss our flight home. I called Kelsey at Global Concepts and she helped me reschedule our flights and rental car. She also arrange for us to have a wheelchair waiting for us at the Airport for my husband. She helped us through a very stressful situation. We are customers for life!

My experience with Travel Agency Global Concepts, has always been worry free. My husband and I love the assurance that we can call Global Concepts and our travel agent Kat Valentine, with the assurance that she will do the best possible job to book us a worry free vacation, with the best connections and accommodations possible, at the best prices. The membership we purchased with GC, we feel was money well spent. We travel with confidence knowing we have our pun Travel Concierge, A phone call away if we should need to change any kind of travel plans or if for some reason a flight gets canceled we don’t have to be dealing with the airlines we just make one phone call and Kat Valentine, and her associates will handle routing us to our next destination, doing the work for us while we’re resting at the airport or on a beach or in the hotel room. We look forward to traveling in the future and we feel that so much of the work is handled by the experts at Global Concepts and our personal travel agent Kat valentine. We recently retired and am so grateful we signed up w Global Concepts. Our daughter who will send hours to find a deal (gets that from her Dad) found flights for her & her husband for $980. I told her how she can use Global Concepts & she got them for $550. Thrilled. Kim Holman is fabulous to work with in customizing trips for us. Can’t say enough great things about her. Why wouldn’t you sign up?

My husband and I are new customers and just booked our first trip. The ladies at Global Concepts went out of their way to accommodate us and save us money. I keep a busy schedule and both Monica and Micaela kept in contact with me to make sure we could take advantage of the awesome airfare price. Monica was in contact with me even when she was out of town. Big kudos to Michaela - she stayed way after closing hours just to make sure that she could get ahold of me to book our trip before prices went up!!!! Monica, thank you for always being responsive and extremely helpful. Michaela - you're a gem for being so diligent, staying late and following through with booking this trip!!! Not only are these ladies helpful but, they have such sweet personalities! Way to go Global Concepts - I'm so glad we signed up!!!!

Global Concepts has been great from the start. They have done a tremendous job assisting me with flights on 2 different occasions, and one last minute hotel reservation when I was stuck in Miami airport. After returning from an international flight, I called Global Concepts customer service and told them I’d missed the last flight leaving out of Miami for the night, after being held up in customs and would have to sleep in the airport until the next flight, the following day. All the hotels were booked around the airport, and the representative, did a miracle job, and found us a hotel, close to the airport, that had shuttle service… What a life saver, with a 2 year old. My recent experience was that I needed tickets to Cancun, that were selling out fast, and the prices changing as fast as the refreshes on my computer. I contacted Global concept customer service again, and My representative Micaela worked effortlessly on getting me the best deal on tickets to Cancun. She kept in constant contact with me while she worked in the back scenes with the airlines. She gave me the best options to choose from, because I couldn’t pull up the same prices that she did when I went online, and after an error was discovered on one of the tickets, by the airlines, she worked diligently with airlines and myself to get it corrected with no extra cost to me.

Very nice staff. All very helpful. Melissa and Emily are friendly and seem to always be there for you. Bryan is actually my travel agent. He's wonderful! If I'm in a panic, and need something at the last minute, Bryan is calm and gets it done. He's amazing y. I highly recommend Global Concepts!

My family and I love Global Concepts! They have been so helpful in getting our airline flights and also our cruise trips. Kelsey is friendly, helpful and patient. She is so good at returning our calls and emailing us all the information. She’s very fast and efficient. We really appreciate all her help and would recommend her to anyone looking to plan their future trips.

April and Brian are just awesome at Global Concepts. We bought this amazing travel agency service and could not be happier. April even worked during her wedding preparations to secure everything for us. Now that is going the extra mile. I am so pleased we joined up with Global Concepts. Mackenzie, in the activities group, is also great at finding things to do while on your trip.

I've used Global Concepts on multiple trips. They were very helpful and accommodating. Great prices on airlines and hotels 👍 the customer service was outstanding! Kim Holman was very helpful, patient and understanding with all the changes I made, multiple names, and dates. Quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend and will continue to use Global Concepts.

Cathy at Global Concepts found us a great Resort in Kissimmee and she did it on short notice after our first reservation was canceled by the Resort.
